Refund Policy

1. If the Template Is Broken

If the email does not render correctly in a client we said we tested, we fix it. Free. That is a bug, not a refund situation.

2. Before Design Starts

Full refund within 14 days.

3. After Delivery

No refund for completed, delivered work.

4. How to Request

Email hello@teamwebdesigners.com. Response within 2 working days. Stripe refunds: 5-10 business days.
